China Marine Equipment Expo 2023 (CMEE 2023) was successfully held from 12 October to 15 October 2023 at Fuzhou Strait International Convention and Exhibition Centre and Fuzhou Guancheng Daitong Plaza and Yacht Club. With the theme of ‘Open Ocean Equipped for the Future’, the first exhibition scale reached 100,000 square meters, based on Fujian, a major province of the marine economy, to further help the global marine equipment and the marine economy for the future integration and development.

According to the statistics, the current exhibition attracted from the United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, Denmark, France, Poland, Finland, Turkey, Sweden, Norway, the United States, Japan and other 14 countries and regions around the world, as well as domestic, including Beijing, Shandong, Fujian, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Guangdong, Hubei, Hainan, Hunan, Henan, Yunnan, Zhejiang, Hebei, Shaanxi, Liaoning, Guangxi, Anhui, Heilongjiang, Jiangxi, Tianjin 20 different provinces and cities, a total of 715 institutions exhibitors, including upstream and downstream enterprises of marine equipment, covering a number of leading enterprises in niche fields. CMEE 2023, as a world-class marine equipment display window and a high-profile marine economic cooperation link, displayed over 6,500 industry-related products on site, including unmanned ships and drones, the latest marine science and technology equipment such as underwater robots, electric boats and ships, fuel cell technology, intelligent marine systems, and new marine life scenarios such as large-scale luxury cruise ships, offshore aquaculture+sightseeing platforms, outdoor yachts and yachting life, which demonstrated to the world the cutting-edge trend of the development of the global marine equipment industry and the latest achievements.
There are 33 Outdoor foreign boats at yacht exhibition area, more than half of the total number, including Italy, France, the United States, Germany and other 8 countries of the 23 internationally renowned yacht brand exhibitors, a variety of boat type for the first time in public.
The Global Platform for Sea-fitting Trade, More than 30,000 Professional Buyers Converge in Fuzhou
Through multi-channel invitations, CMEE invited more than 30,000 professional visitors, including major global shipping groups, famous shipowners, marine equipment assembly manufacturing enterprises, marine service enterprises, scientific research institutes and academic groups, and the cumulative total visitor flow reached 180,000 people. According to statistics, through the exhibition period of 4 days, the transaction contract amount of 43.6 billion yuan, intention to turnover amount of 18 billion yuan, involving port projects, sea farms, green energy, marine fishery equipment and so on.
Leading the industry's top summit on sea installation authority 30 supporting activities with a wide range of interactions
CMEE 2023 is accompanied by 30 professional and authoritative forum meetings and science and technology experience activities. Experts in the field of marine equipment from all over the country shared their views on hot and cutting-edge issues such as green power, deep-sea artificial intelligence, intellectual property rights and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in the various forums. The first Energy Management Forum for the Shipbuilding Industry was held during the exhibition, at which China Shipbuilding Group released the overall programme of the first three-industry integrated marine economic complex in China.
CMEE 2023 award Ceremony, based on the self-nomination of enterprises, strict evaluation by the expert group, media publicity for comments, review by the jury and the organising committee, and finally by Shagang Group, China Association of the Shipbuilding Industry, DNV, Harbin Engineering University, Nanjing Iron and Steel Corporation and other fifty enterprises won the award.
During the exhibition especially for the general public to prepare a series of popular science experience activities, OP sailing experience, simulation of sailing performance, remote control sailing indoor performance race, marine model making parent-child experience, such as fun, science, interactive, edutainment and fun, help to marine equipment as the main line of marine culture.
